This task forwards an IM to a recipient on behalf of an external user, using an internal account to authorize the action. This API should be only used to send an IM on behalf of an external user using an internal account. The forwarder (PS user) will NOT be exposed to the message. It will appear to be sent directly from the messageOriginator when arrives at recipient
This task is authorized if (psconnector service attribute ‘force application authorization rule’ is disabled or the forwarder has this calling app in its service profile), and forwarder has PresenceServices in its service profile, and user has PS service attribute ‘allowMsgForwarding’ enabled.
