The Presence tasks allow application to access various presence services. The following tasks are supported:
Get Presence Task Get presence of a given presentity on behalf of a watcher, returns the overall aggregated presence status, given ACL rule between presentity and user authorized access; otherwise, returns 'unknown'.
Set Presence Task Set presence status on behalf of a user.
Send IM Task Send an instant message to a given recipient on behalf of a user.
Forward IM Task Forward an instant message to a given recipient on behalf of an external user using an authorized internal account.
Presence Services must be configured and running.
Presence Services Connector must be configured and running.
