You will need to install JRE 1.5.0 on Windows XP PRO SP3 VM
Make your username "user" or just note what you used for a username
Make sure you install Java first before moving on.

Copy contents of the "Temp" folder to C:\Documents and Settings\user\Local Settings\Temp\

Modify the CTC.ini file, to ensure the paths match to where your Temp file is
Modify the CTCLauncher.ini to ensure the paths match where your Temp file is

In the Temp folder, ensure the ctc.bat file has the correct matching path. Then use the ctc.bat file to launch CTC Java App.
