Class Summary

ArrayElement	ArrayElement is an abstract class which any class which is kept in the array must extend.
BWController	A bandwidth controller has two values - the minimum bandwidth which the bandwidth controller is obligated to supply (CIR) and the bandwidth limitation (PIR).
BWControllerArray	The array of bandwidth controlers.
