The LU deletion functionality automatically removes an LU from HDLM management when all the paths to that LU are disconnected.
You can set the LU deletion functionality by specifying the dlnkmgr command's set operation together with the -rmlu on parameter in the HDLM command. You can also set this functionality in the Options window of the HDLM GUI. For details on the set operation, see 7.6 set (Sets the operating environment).
