Overview

When attempting to resolve Performance Reporter errors, please use the following guidelines:

• Check for error messages. For details on error messages, see the HiCommand(R) Tuning Manager Messages Reference.

• Check log information. Performance Reporter outputs the following three types of log information:

Windows event log (for Windows(R))

Syslog (for Solaris(TM))

Performance Reporter log
