User Profile

This help page provides information to guide you through the features and basic operations of the User Profile window.  It contains the following topics:

Overview

User Profile window shows the following:

• Your user profile

• The permissions granted to you, if any

From this screen, you can:

• Edit your profile. This includes your name, email address, and description.

• Change your password.

User Profile

This table shows your user information.

Granted Permissions

This table shows the permissions that can be granted to a user, with check marks for those currently assigned.

• Application—application that users can be granted access to.

• User Management—this application controls user accounts.

• HSNM2—this application is Navigator 2.

• Admin—the permission to perform User Management tasks. When checked, allows the user to complete management tasks on any user account.

• Modify—the permission to operate functions and modify fields in the HSNM2 application (Navigator 2).

• View—the permission to navigate in the HSNM2 application (Navigator 2).

View Your User Profile

To view or edit your user profile:

1. In the Administration tree, select Security. The User Profile window displays with your user profile

2. To modify your profile or password, click the appropriate button at the top of the page.
