Batteries are installed in the array to supply backup power in case the normal power source to the unit fails. The properties of the batteries of the selected array are displayed in the Batteries window. You must set the number of batteries that are installed in your unit.
To display the properties of the batteries installed in the array:
In the Array List window, select an array of interest and click its name ,or click the next to its name and then click Show and Configure Array.
In the array settings tree, expand the Components menu and select batteries. The Batteries window is displayed. It contains a table that lists the batteries that are installed in the array. The following data for batteries is included in the table.

This column displays the list of batteries that exist in the selected array. |
|
Status |
This column displays the status of each battery in the array. |
To reset the status when reducing the battery count, adjust the battery alarm condition in the array as described below. This button is the same as the Adjusting Battery Alarm Condition button in the Additional Modules window.

In the Batteries window, click Adjust Battery Alarm Condition.
A message box is displayed asking you to confirm that you want to adjust the battery alarm condition. Click Confirm to continue or Cancel to exit.
