Host
Groups This help page provides information to guide you through the procedure to create a host group.
The Create Host Group screen is accessed by clicking the Create Host Group button from the Host Group main screen. You can configure the host group properties and edit them to the available ports. You can set the host group number, name and set the port from this screen.
There are three additional tabs that are available from this screen:
Logical Units
Options
WWNs
From this tab, set H-LUN to LUN mappings and add to or remove from assigned logical units.
From this tab, set the middleware, platform, and mode settings.
Mode Settings allow you to configure the for common and additional settings that may be required for your environment by selecting the appropriate item from the list(s) provided
Platform Settings allow you to configure the host platform, such as Windows, Linux, Solaris, and so forth. Select the appropriate platform from the list
Middleware Settings allow you to specify the middleware such as VCS, Tru Cluster, and so forth.
From this tab, set the desired WWN either by selecting one from a pre-existing list, or enter a WWN manually
