In the Explorer tree, expand the Settings menu. In the expanded menu, select Date & Time. The Date & Time window is displayed. It shows the current settings for the date, time, time zone, and network time protocol.

In the Edit Time Zone & NTP dialog box using the following lettered steps:
a. Use the Time Zone pull down menu to set the time zone to your location.
b. If you are located in an area that uses daylight savings time, click the labeled Automatically adjust the array clock for daylight saving changes. Note that in the USA, the dates on which daylight savings time begin and end changed in 2007. Check the settings to make sure that they are current.
c. To use an NTP server to set the array clock, click the labeled Set Server1 and enter the IP Address of the NTP server. Once a day, the array communicates with the NTP server and if necessary, adjusts the array clock to match the clock on the NTP server.
d. Optionally click the labeled Set Server2 and enter the IP Address of the NTP server. You can register up to two NTP servers. The second NTP server acts as a backup to the first one. When the array cannot communicate with Server1, the array queries Server2 and adjusts the array clock as necessary.
Click OK to save the settings, close the dialog box and return to the Date & Time window, or click Cancel to leave the settings as is. Close the dialog box and return to the Date & Time window.
