The filter is used to tailor a list of items by selecting parameters in a list window. The parameters vary depending on the type of items that are selected.
To use the filter:
Click Filter in the window where the items are displayed. The Filter dialog box is displayed. The contents and selections of the dialog box vary according to the type items listed in the window.
Select settings in the filter list as desire to display only the items .
