Edit Host Groups

This help page provides information on the Edit Host Groups screen.

The Edit Host Groups screen is accessed by clicking the Edit Host Groups button from the Host Group main screen. You can configure the host group properties and edit them to the available ports.

Two configurable tabs are available from this screen:

• Logical Units

• Options

Logical Units

To set up the logical units:

1. Select one of the H-LUNs.

2. Select one or more Available Logical Units and click Add to assign the logical units to host group. The assigned logical unit is visible from hosts as an H-LUN.

• To remove logical units from Assigned Logical Units, select the desired and click Remove.

Options

Set the options for the configured host groups from this screen.  The available options include:

• Platform - Select from those available in the drop-down menu

• Middleware - Select from those available in the drop-down menu

• Mode Settings - These automatically fill when either Platform or Middleware are configured.
   

After making your selections, click OK to accept the settings and return to the previous screen.
