public class GroupInfo

extends java.lang.Object

A group listed by the NNTP server.

This type describes information about a group as returned by the server. The GROUPINFO fields contain information about each group such as the name, first and last article, and whether or not you can post to the group.

CanPost: Shows whether a group in a newsgroup listing allows posting or articles.

FirstArticle: The first available article in a newsgroup listing.

Group: The group name in a newsgroup listing.

LastArticle: The last available article in a newsgroup listing.
