Impact on the System

When the NETCONF database of the device is abnormal, the device does not respond to the configuration delivered by iMaster NCE-Campus.

Possible Causes

The NETCONF database is abnormal.

Procedure

  1. Collect alarm, log, and configuration information.
  2. Restart the device at a proper time and manually clear the alarm.

    • If the alarm is cleared, go to Step 4.
    • If the alarm persists, go to Step 3.

  3. Contact technical support personnel.
  4. End.
