Possible Causes
The system did not detect heartbeat messages from the AP's built-in Bluetooth module for 32 seconds.
Procedure
- Check the operating status of the AP's built-in Bluetooth module.
- If the AP's built-in Bluetooth module works abnormally, go to step 2.
- If the AP's built-in Bluetooth module works normally, go to step 3.
- Ensure that the AP's built-in Bluetooth module can work properly.
- If the alarm persists, go to step 3.
- If the alarm is cleared, go to step 4.
- Collect information about alarms, logs, and configurations, and then contact technical support personnel.
