WLAN/4/AP_MEM_OVERLOAD: OID [oid] AP memory overload notify.(APMAC=[OPAQUE], APName=[STRING], ApMemRate=[INTEGER], APID=[INTEGER])
The AP's memory usage exceeded the upper threshold.
| Alarm ID | Alarm Severity | Alarm Type |
|---|---|---|
| 1.3.6.1.4.1.2011.6.139.13.1.1.9 | Warning | equipmentAlarm(5) |
| Name | Meaning |
|---|---|
| oid | Indicates the ID of the MIB object. |
| APMAC | Indicates the MAC address of an AP. |
| APName | Indicates the AP name. |
| ApMemRate | Indicates the AP's memory usage. |
| APID | Indicates the AP ID. |
The memory usage exceeds the alarm threshold.
The default memory usage threshold of a cloud AP is 90%. If this threshold is exceeded, services may be affected, for example, the AP may suffer from packet loss or even go offline.
The memory usage threshold of a Fat AP can be adjusted. If the threshold is set to a medium value (such as 50 or 60), services are not affected when the threshold is exceeded. If the threshold is set high (such as 90), services may be affected when the threshold is exceeded, for example, the AP may suffer from packet loss.
Cause 1: The memory alarm threshold is low.
Cause 2: The device provides too many services.
