Description

WLAN/4/AP_SERVICE_ALERT: OID [oid] The AP service may be unavailable after a period of time. (Type=[OCTET], Reason=[OCTET], RemainTime=[OCTET])

The AP service may be interrupted after a period of time.

Name	Meaning
OID	Indicates the ID of the MIB object.
Type	Indicates the type of currently supported AP licenses.
Reason	Indicates the alarm reason, including: The AC is not managed by iMaster NCE-Campus. The wireless service license expired. License resources are unavailable
RemainTime	Indicates the number of remaining days before the AP service is interrupted.

WLAN services will be interrupted after a period of time. This alarm is generated only on the AC in cloud management scenarios.

Check the network and ensure that the AC communicates with iMaster NCE-Campus properly and is online.
Run the display cloud-mng info command and check the field AC status in the command output.
- If the field is displayed as Online, the AC is online. Go to Step 2.
- If the status is not Online, check the configuration used by the AC to register with iMaster NCE-Campus and ensure that the AC is online.
Check the expiration time of the license.
Run the display cloud license command and check the value of the Expire time field of the corresponding AP type in the command output.
- If the value is -, the corresponding license resource does not exist. Go to Step 3.
- If so, purchase the license and load it on iMaster NCE-Campus.
- If not, contact technical support.
Check whether any AP of the corresponding type needs to be managed.
- If so, purchase the license and load it on iMaster NCE-Campus.
- If not, no action is required.
