Possible Causes

The IP address of a STA conflicted with that of the gateway.

Procedure

If the IP address of the STA is statically configured, reconfigure the IP address of the STA. Alternatively, configure the STA to obtain an IP address through DHCP. Check whether the alarm is cleared.
