The Voice Statistics dashboards show the historical trend the number of calls per AP and phones registered per AP. Hover the mouse cursor over a graph bar to see detailed bar data. Click Details to see a numerical representation of the chart information. Click Advanced to modify graph setup. (Level 10 authentication required for modification.)
Summary tables of Ongoing Calls and Registered Calls is presented at the bottom of the screen.
The Ongoing Calls table presents additional information about the calls and includes the originating phone and IP address, receiving phone and IP address, protocol in use, and call status.
The Registered Phones table presents additional information about the phones and includes the phone MAC address and IP address, phone identifier, AP ID and name, and the protocol in use.
The view automatically refreshes every couple of minutes.
