Guest User - Update (requires Level 10 permission)

Use this page (Configuration > Security > Guest Users > select a guest user) to update the Captive Portal Guest User account configuration.

To update the Guest User parameters:

1. In the Guest User Password text box, modify the password used for the Guest user access using 1 to 64 characters. This information is required.
2. In the Service Start Time, modify the start date (this information is required), either by:
   • typing the date and time in the format mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss
   • clicking the calendar icon and selecting the Month and Year if necessary, clicking the date, and entering the time in the hour, minute, second boxes. Click ok.
3. In the Service End Time, modify the termination date (this information is required), either by:
   • typing the date and time in the format mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss
   • clicking the calendar icon and selecting the Month and Year if necessary, clicking the date, and entering the time in the hour, minute, second boxes. Click ok.
4. Click OK to exit the Guest User - update  page.
