Change Password

Use this page (Configuration > Password > Change Password) to change the administrative password used to log in to the controller. Note that this function allows changes for local administrators only; TACACS+ and Radius user accounts cannot be changed here.

To change the administrative password

1. In the Current Password box, type the current administrative password.
2. In the New Password box, type the new administrative password.
3. In the Re-type New Password box, type the new administrative password again.
4. Click OK. The password is changed.

   Before you can access System Director again, you must enter the administrative username and new password.
