11 Control Panel

The Control Panel is displayed in the footer area of every page.

Information on the components CCA, CCB and ADP is also shown in Frontpanel. Unlike to the DSCXL Control Panel these components can be restarted in the DSCXL Frontpanel.

Sync. Status: Color signaling of the synchronization status of the four partitions.

–

Green: The partitions are synchronized.

–

Yellow: The partitions are being synchronized (ConnState: SyncTarget) or will be synchronized (ConnState: PausedSyncT).

–

Red: Error (e.g. function: primary/secondary not implemented because a node is not accessible via DRBD (see Error 5: DRBD split brain situation during switch over). For more details please see OpenScape 4000 System Components, in Software area, Section 1.2.5. Switch Over Scenarios for Duplex and Separated Duplex.

UPS Status:

: The components are supplied by mains power.

–

: The components are supplied by UPS battery power.

–

: Error – The UPS data connection has been lost. In this case the connected components don’t recognize if the UPS runs on batteries due to a loss of power. The components then won’t be shut down, but they will keep running as long as battery power is available.

It is also displayed in sysinfo, if the UPS has taken over the power supply of the nodes. For more details please refer to Section 10.3, “Status”.

Up Time: Shows the period since the component was last restarted.

•

Time: Shows the local time of the component.

•

Display Switch: Click the changeover switch to toggle between the various displays for the relevant component.

•
