2.2.1 LAN Wizard/System
Prior to the initial configuration there is only one menu option, i.e. LAN Wizard, under LAN Configuration.
Following the initial configuration of a deployment the entry LAN Wizard has been exchanged with System. If the deployment includes an integrated OpenScape 4000 SoftGate (Simplex+Integrated SoftGate, Separated Duplex+Integrated SoftGate, Survivable OpenScape 4000 SoftGate, OpenScape Access) an additional menu option, i.e. SoftGate, appears.
The entry LAN Wizard is only available for initial configuration.
Use the LAN Wizard to select the required deployment and define IP data such as IP address, subnet mask and VLAN data for the OpenScape 4000 and also for the OpenScape 4000 SoftGate in the case of deployments with OpenScape 4000 SoftGate.
The LAN Wizard guides you through the individual input screens.
You can use the System to change the LAN IP addresses for the OpenScape 4000 in several screens and to uninstall the integrated OpenScape 4000 SoftGate assuming it exists (disable Integrated SoftGate checkbox).
