Setting for Virtual Subscribers
The logon of virtual subscribers can be configured with the DTBServer.ini file:
[CALL_LOGGING]
PinNewEnabled=1
0 = virtual subscribers cannot log on to DTB V9.0 as new subscribers
1 = virtual subscribers can log on to DTB V9.0 (default)
