Procedure
1.
Log on to the OpenScape 4000 Administration Portal.
2.
Select the
Create Recovery HD
button in the
Maintenance > Recovery HD > Node 1 / Node 2
menu.
The recovery hard disk is created and the RAID configuration on both hard disks is then canceled. This procedure takes approximately 2 minutes.
Once the recovery hard disk has been successfully created, it has to be removed. Note the corresponding LED here (should no longer be flashing). Remove the recovery hard disk to a safe location.
Once the hard disk has been removed, the OpenScape 4000 Administration Portal is also updated. Only the remaining hard disk is displayed.
