4.3.1 Change MAC Address

Start by selecting: Maintenenace > Replace Node > Button Change MAC Address
MAC Address Node 1: MAC address of node 1.
MAC Address Node 2: MAC address of node 2.
IMPORTANT:  The MAC address of the active node cannot be changed (in this case the MAC address of node 1).
IMPORTANT:  You can only change the MAC address of the standby node (not greyed out) (in this case the MAC address of node 2).
Enter/Check the MAC address of the (new) board. You have to enter a new MAC address in case the whole board has been replaced. You only have to check the MAC address in case only the hard disk has been replaced.
Description of the buttons
•
Submit: With Submit the new MAC address will be assigned to the board in the standby node and the home page of the Replace Node function is displayed again.

Cancel: With Cancel the function will be cancelled and the home page of the Replace Node function is displayed.
